This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and excellent dining options. I remember the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay, making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy stay! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The City Twin Room was pretty comfy! The beds were cozy, and there were different pillows to choose from, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness was top-notch too. it did get a bit too warm, and I couldn’t figure out how to cool it down. it was a solid stay!

The fire alarm went off during the night, causing quite a disturbance, and communication about the situation could have been improved. Despite these inconveniences, the room’s size was generous and comfortable, making it easy to relax. the experience was enjoyable, and I would certainly consider returning with the hopes that some issues could be addressed.

The staff were super nice and even left us a bottle of bubbly, which was such a sweet touch. Location is perfect! Close to tons of eateries and shops. One letdown was the balcony – it could've used a good clean.
