Just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Edinburgh with good value for cost. Drinks service was excellent, thanks to Aaron who was busy but handled it well. Maybe ask about room options for better views.

The City Twin Room was pretty comfy! The beds were cozy, and there were different pillows to choose from, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness was top-notch too. it did get a bit too warm, and I couldn’t figure out how to cool it down. it was a solid stay!

We had a lovely stay in the Castle View Superior Room. The view of Edinburgh Castle was stunning. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel special. My partner's birthday received a thoughtful decoration in the room. The breakfast options were quite nice, particularly the freshly prepared items. the parking fee was unexpectedly high considering the room rate. The fire alarm went off during the night, causing quite a disturbance, and communication about the situation could have been improved. Despite these inconveniences, the room’s size was generous and comfortable, making it easy to relax. the experience was enjoyable, and I would certainly consider returning with the hopes that some issues could be addressed.

Amazing view and comfy stay
The staff were super nice and even left us a bottle of bubbly, which was such a sweet touch. Location is perfect! Close to tons of eateries and shops. One letdown was the balcony – it could've used a good clean.
